An ample source of rapid response heating, the Lincat Opus 800 Six Burner Boiling Top gives you an abundance of heat sources to cook multiple orders simultaneously and with minimal heat up time. Using specialised heat distribution that tailors to the pan size you choose to use you are given precise control of the level of warmth generated - from low simmers to flash fries, drastically reducing the risk of food being overdone. Brilliant as a standalone cooker or alongside other Opus cooking appliances, this countertop unit can also be fitted with an optional floor stand (not included).
