Utilising hydrocarbon refrigerant that is friendlier to both the environment and your budget, the unit cools three adjustable shelves alongside the cold well area, providing ample space to merchandise your stock as you see fit. The deck plates in the cold well can be removed for easier cleaning, and a built-in water evaporator removes the need for on-site drainage. With a rear-door for you to effortlessly restock the patisserie, this self service display can function 24 hours a day with minimal interference to customer flow, and lockable castors ensure the unit can be moved at times of maintenance with minimal exertion from your staff.•Curved gantry in bright polished steel, & aluminium profile with toughened glass side panels.
