The 4/1 GN drop in and its three adjustable chilled shelves are cooled by hydrocarbon refrigeration that will lessen your running costs and the environmental waste it produces. Lighting is housed in the overhead gantry, where temperature can be monitored and changed via digital display in the range of 2°C to 5°C. An integrated water evaporator removes the need for site drainage, and removable deck plates allow quicker and easier access for cleaning.
