Hosting up to 4/1 GN of food in its drop in heated well with additional space on the mid shelf above, this machine operates 24 hours a day as standard and is therefore expected to handle the heating of dishes from sunrise through to sunset. This makes the heated deli a worthy purchase for businesses with staff canteens or customer buffets that are expected to provide round the clock catering.
