Utilising energy efficient hydrocarbon refrigeration, the unit cuts away cost and environmental waste whilst offering precise temperature control through a 'tamper proof' digital interface. Hosting an impressive 3/1 Gastronorm compatible display area, items are illuminated by diffused lighting in the overhead gantry and protected by a resistant sneeze screen. Removable deck plates minimalise exertion during cleaning and general maintenance, whilst a condensate water evaporator also eliminates the need for site drainage.
