Display and preserve your hot meals from chilli to pasta in this Kubus Dry Heat Bain Marie, capable of supporting up to three full size gastronorm pans. Ideal for self service areas like resort canteens and family buffets, each individual support bracket is heated by their own heating element underneath as well as by quartz heat lamps from above. This results in not only the core temperature of your dishes being preserved, but the surface texture and consistency as well. When you combine this high efficiency conservation of food with the 24 hour operation of the unit, the result is a low maintenance display base that will continue preserving batch meals from breakfast through to dinner with minimal effort required from you or your staff.
