Using a flat and easy-to-clean surface, the ambient well area is gastronorm compatible and can be modified to fit whatever assortment of pans and sizes required to best reflect your stock. There is even lighting across the surface thanks to diffused lighting from the gantry, allowing round the clock optimised marketing of products even in darker periods. A toughened glass sneeze screen fixed to the gantry protects any produce or culinary items from contamination.
