Diffused lighting is housed and modified in the overhead gantry to optimise the potential for impulse buys amongst queuing customers, whilst the addition of a toughened glass sneeze screen majorly reduced any risk of contamination from guests. With full access around the whole worktop, this would be a useful additional alongside other Designline drop in units or as a standalone food hub in any self service environment where quick buys are commonplace.
