Providing space for multiple gastronorm trays that you can customise at your leisure, the surface area is suitable for anything from racked wine and fruit juice to sandwiches and chocolate. Diffused lighting in the overhead gantry ensures optimal merchandising space even during darker hours, whilst a curved glass sneeze screen grants ample protection from customer contamination. The level of lighting is controlled by a switch on the gantry end plate.
