Place a variety of variety of foods across this ceran glass counter hot plate, part of the latest drop in displays from Designline. Applicable for use with any sized flat bottom chafing dishes - up to a maximum of 4/1 GN - this self service display is designed to host a variety of meals across the day from fry ups and continental breakfasts to chinese meals and carvery meats. You can alter the temperature of both the hanging quartz lamps and ceran surface plates separately from an easily accessible control panel to create the level of warmth best suited for the food. The use of flat surfaced ceramic for heating has the added benefit of being easily cleaned compared to food well displays or bain maries, resulting in low maintenance for a 24 hour operating unit.•Curved display in bright polished steel and aluminium profile •Features a flat heated ceran glass dish presentation area, heated evenly from underneath by individual heater mat elements •Product illumination/ surface heat is provided by infra red quartz heat lamps to each 1/1Gn area.
